March roared in like a Lion when the Northeast was pounded with a late winter snow storm. DC received 4"-6" inches of snow and Nina-Skye got a Snow Day! Her school opened 2 hours late, but ALL the surrounding jurisdictions were closed...so we kept her home to enjoy the day with us. Gusty & strong winds were complicating cleanup efforts as gusts were blowing just-plowed snow right back onto roads. The wind was blowing pretty hard in the picture of Nina-Skye above.
