We were very fortunate to have my wonderful Hubby go and venture out today and brave the 20 Degree weather and go down to the National Mall and the Inaugural Parade route. A Day BEFORE History is Made in America

The Nations Capitol Here you will see images as close as we are gonna get to the MASSES coming tomorrow...to witness the Inauguration of President-Elect Barack Obama tomorrow January 20, 2009. Record breaking crowds have submerged on our home city, Washington, DC to be a part of History in the Making! So today on Dr. Rev. Martin Luther King, Jrs Birthday, in CHILLY 30 degree weather, Arnold, Nina-Skye, Warren, Jr and I trek a mile to the Nations Capital to view the place where the Peoples President-Elect BARACK OBAMA will be sworn into the history books as the United States of America's first African-American President...you could just feel the excitement floating in the air.

Nina-Skye's PUMPED-UP 4th Birthday Party

The birthday girl, Nina-Skye and her Daddy at her 4th Birthday Party at a moon bounce place called "Pump It Up!" As you will see ALL of the kids had a BLAST! Little Xavier chillin' out at the Party...and moment's later the little Ol' Man was off and running again...Awwwwwww just look at those cheeks! LOL!

It's hard to believe that Arnold got this beautiful shot almost 4 years ago! Nina-Skye and NiCU Nurse, Miss Brenda in January 2005, who took care of her when she was in Providence Hospital’s Special Care Nursery (aka NiCU).

We go and visit Miss Brenda and the NiCU during Christmas every year to take them Christmas Goodies and to let them know we still appreciate ALL that they did for us back then…"THANK YOU SO MUCH MISS BRENDA, MISS GAY & MISS BERNADETTE!

I couldn’t find an older picture of Brenda handing Nina-Skye to me when while she was in the hospital…that would have been quite a contrast!
